Recognizing the need to recruit qualified, educated and diverse talent for the business, Sri Lanka’s leading trailer manufacturer and exporter, Tantri Trailers (Private) Limited, recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Authority Vocational Training Institute of Sri Lanka (VTASL) to hire students for welding courses at VTASL.
With the MoU in place, Tantri Trailers will now recruit qualified and unqualified individuals, who receive their VTASL training, to provide these new hires with a 360° learning experience. This arrangement is mutually beneficial in that it will ensure that Tantri Trailers consolidates its talent pool with qualified, knowledgeable and competent individuals, while VTASL will provide its students with the practical knowledge and experience they need to complete their training.
